These terms cover your use of sundryworks.co.nz only. The web properties Sundry Works Limited operates each publish their own terms, which govern those sites.
Who we are
This site is published by Sundry Works Limited, a company registered in New Zealand. "We" and "us" in these terms mean that company. Our NZBN is on the home page; our registered office and other registration details are provided on request through the contact form.
What this site is for
This site exists to describe what the company does, list the web properties it operates, and provide a way to reach us. Nothing is sold here, no account can be created here, and no service is delivered through this domain. By using the site you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
Accuracy of the information
We publish what is on this site in good faith and keep it current. Where anything here touches our company registration, the authoritative record is the New Zealand Companies Register maintained by the Companies Office, together with the New Zealand Business Number register. If this site and those registers ever disagree, the registers are correct.
Descriptions of the properties we operate, including their status, describe our position at the date shown at the foot of this page. Plans change and a property described as in development may be renamed, delayed or discontinued.
Acceptable use
You may read, print and share these pages. You may not:
- use the site or its content to impersonate Sundry Works Limited or suggest an association, endorsement or partnership that does not exist
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system
- interfere with the site's availability, including by automated request flooding
- scrape or reproduce the content in bulk for commercial purposes without our written permission
- use the contact form to send unlawful, threatening or deceptive material, to send bulk or automated messages, or to send unsolicited commercial messages
Using the contact form
The contact form is the way to reach us, and we read what comes through it. Sending a message does not create a contract, an engagement, or any obligation on us to act, and we may decline to reply. Please do not send confidential material, credentials, or payment card details through it — it is ordinary email once it leaves the form.
We may block submissions that appear automated, and we discard messages caught by the form's spam trap without reading them. How we handle what you do send is set out in our privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, design, wordmark and images on this site belong to Sundry Works Limited or are used with permission. The names of the properties we operate, and their marks, likewise belong to the company. Quoting a short passage with attribution is fine. Reproducing the design or the wordmark is not.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a site we operate, these terms stop at the link and that site's terms take over. Where we link to a site we do not control, such as the Office of the Privacy Commissioner, we do not control its content and are not responsible for it.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of error. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, and the date below tells you when it last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
